Winning strategy against a stronger clan

When you are facing an opponent which is stronger than you or which is of the same strength, you can greatly improve your capability of winning the war by forcing your opponent to play badly.

You need to trick them in order to make them loose some attacks.

A good solution to achieve this goal is to have the 3rd player to put his TH outside the walls. A lot of yours opponents seing the TH outside the walls will use their second attack to earn resources. It will be very attractive for them especially if the score is large for them. Beside this, to add another effect on this trick, the player has to be a new player in a clan, to let them think that your clan does not know this player.

The main idea is to let them think that the victory will be easy. To achieve this, you need some more tricks.

For example you can use a special property of a war which is: if someone leaves the clan during the war, he can re enter the clan and play the war as if he had not left the clan.

Using this strategy, a clan can decide that players 2, 4, 5, 7, 9 just leave the clan a few hours after the beginning of the war, in order once again to trick the other clan.
Of course all these players will come back, just 2 hours before the end of the war in order to play their attack. At this time, it is highly probable that a lot of players of the other clan will have played for resources.

Moreover you can add a special strategy which is the following. Let the lowest order players of your clan, play for resources and not for stars for their first attack. For example if your are 20 in the war, let players 15,16,19, 20 play for resources using archers and gobelins and so on for their first attack, and let players 19 and 20 play for resources for their second attack.

The overall idea is to show the other clan that you are far weaker than expected.
